Gadget Rehab operate a no quibble 12 month warranty for a majority of repairs that we complete. Some repairs will have a 90 day warranty. Your booking confirmation will show the warranty we provide for the repair that you have chosen however if in doubt please ask a member of staff.
Our warranty excludes:
Malicious, misuse or accidental damage including physical damage or liquid damage
Issues which are not correlated to the completed work i.e. if Gadget Rehab conduct a screen replacement on your device an issue relating to your battery would not be covered.
Devices which have been opened without our prior knowledge or consent.
Issues relating to manufacturer faults, including software issues, malware issues and viruses.
Loss of data ( we advise that data is backed-up prior to repair)
Water damaged devices - these are repaired for the main purpose of data recovery.
- Devices where permission to access your device is not granted.
If the nature of the repair falls outside the terms of your warranty or guarantee, then you may incur a charge for the repair. We will advise you prior to the repair if your warranty claim is accepted or not. Any associated cost will be relayed to you at this time.
